We seek an experienced Senior Business Analyst to define strategies and lead mobile application development. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create user-centric mobile apps that align with business goals while managing end-to-end development and driving innovation.
I. What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
- Define mobile app strategies, roadmaps, and align projects with business goals.
- Oversee app development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with user and business needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and perform UAT.
- Document functional specs, process flows, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
II. What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related fields; certifications (e.g., CBAP) preferred.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in Mobile apps or Digital products.
- Strong understanding of mobile development processes (iOS/Android) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs to identify areas for improvement and propose effective mobile solutions.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience in collaborating with UX/UI designers.
- Knowledge of mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
