I. What you’ll do
- Track the sales pipeline and business growth with the regional sales team and business development.
- Responsible for Revenue KPIs.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams/partners to expand partnerships and convert potential customers into deals and clients.
- Create monthly reports to monitor ongoing processes and growth.
- Assist the BD team in day-to-day operations, including research, trend analysis, marketing, and sales activities.
- Prepare sales materials and presentations for meetings, events, and customer interactions.
- Accompany with the presales team in consulting with customers, creating quotations, proposals, and other materials to increase win chances.
- Head up the business development process, ensuring timely proposal submissions.
- Contribute to lead generation; experience with sales tools and LinkedIn for prospecting is preferred.
- Handle legal paperwork to ensure compliance with all necessary requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
II. What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in BD, Sales or AM, including 1 year in IT Outsourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, MIS, or related fields.
- Understanding of various outsourcing models and the ability to recommend the most suitable for clients.
- Proven success in closing deals in the IT outsourcing industry.
- Familiarity with the United States and other English-speaking markets’ characteristics and culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with initiative and self-motivation.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
