The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a respected industry ruler to measure the maturity of software development processes. ”Achievement of CMMI Level 3 rating” is a proud recognition of LARION’s engineering capabilities and quality management system (QMS), as being bench marked at the worldwide standard.

The appraisal is performed by PKT Consultant Co, Ltd. Appraisal method involves the examination of many types of evidences, as well as interviews with managers, quality assurance and configuration management personnel, and organization and project practitioners, to demonstrate standard processes are being followed consistently.
Being at CMMI Maturity Level 3 demonstrates that LARION has successfully established and maintained well-defined, repeatable, and effective standards for project management, software engineering and quality assurance, as well as operational standards for organizational training and quality management system.
LARION had kicked-off its CMMI journey in 2010 and successfully achieved CMMI Level 3 in June 2012. Since then, LARION staff has consistently raised high commitment to put vast effort in maintenance and continuous improvement of the organizational standard process.
