About the role
The IT Manager is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and integrity of the company’s information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure. This role involves managing IT teams, implementing standard processes, and proposing solutions to support business activities.
What you’ll do
- Ensure ICT infrastructure meets company standards and operational needs.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information systems in satisfaction to business demands.
- Ensure performance and quality of services and activities provided by Information Technology Department meet requirements from other units.
- Ensure development and implementation of standard process assets relevant to IT operations and information security, in aligned with company process needs.
- Ensure providing propose solutions to IT applications into production and business activities.
- Acting in an ISMS Manager’s position.
- Manage and supervise the LARION IT teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Board of Directors (if any).
What you’ll bring
1. Education and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Advanced knowledge in computer science, program development, and administration.
- Familiarity with complex network systems security measures, tools, policies, and emerging technologies.
2. Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience and up-to-date knowledge in Linux administration (any Linux certifications e.g. RHCT, RHCE, LPIC would be big advantage).
- Proficiency in server/network virtualization and computer hardware/software.
- Strong experience in setting up, operating, maintaining, controlling both opensource and licensed tools: Network firewall (e.g. pfense.), Source code management (e.g svn, git, gitlab…), Task management (e.g redmine, jira…), Document management (e.g. alfresco, confluence…), Asset / ticket management (e.g. Osticket, gspi…), VM / private cloud (e.g. vmware esxi, openstack..), Cms (e.g. wordpress…), Scripting languages (e.g. bash, python…), Logging & monitoring (e.g. ELK, prometheus-grafana…), Vulnerability scan, penetration testing, etc.
- Understanding about modern software system architecture patterns and technologies: micro-services, docker, kubernetes, etc.
3. Certifications and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of ISMS Standard (ISO 9001; ISO 27001) and ITIL framework.
- Eight years of Information Technology and Project management experience.
- Preferable experience in software development and current technologies.
- Four years of administrative and supervisory responsibility, including ISMS implementation.
4. Soft Skills
- Actively participating (rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty) in any IT tasks (when required), guiding team members and learning new things
- Adaptability to company culture and changing technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong commitment to quality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
