I. What You’ll Do
- Lead business analysis initiatives, work closely with clients, product owners and development teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Play key role in bridging business and technical teams, in ensuring alignment across product backlogs, functional scope, compliance…
- Drive backlog management, refinement, prioritization.
- Prepare detailed and validated user stories aligned with client expectations and team capabilities.
- Participate in feature estimation, validation and scoping.
- Contribute to planning activities, ensure completion of acceptance criteria and readiness for release sign-off.
- Lead cross-team discussions to ensure consistency regarding product features, business solutions, integrations.
- Coordinate with project manager / scrum master to facilitate Scrum/Agile events, activities.
- Provide training / coaching (to company’s resources) regarding business analysis process and best practices.
II. What You’ll Bring
- At least 4 years as main BA working in banking projects (core modernization / digital banking transformation is preferred)
- Strong communication, facilitation and stake holder management skills
- Solid domain knowledge in banking segment (Current account, Saving account, Lending, Payments & Transfers, Cards…)
- Familiar with technical concepts, API specifications and usage
- Fluent in English communication
- Be able to translate complex business needs into workable product features and documentation
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence (or other collaboration and tracking tool sets), Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with new-generation of core banking platforms (Mambu, Thought Machine…) is a big plus
- Knowledge of project management, stakeholder engagement is preferred
- Ability to support product roadmap discussion and consultation.

Working Time: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday (Lunch break 1.5 hours).
