I. What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Mobile Lead to drive the design, development, and optimization of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, while leading a small team of engineers.
- Lead the development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native and Flutter
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 members, ensuring code quality and delivery efficiency
- Design clean, maintainable, and reusable architecture following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Backend, QA) to define and deliver product features
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and scalability challenges
- Drive improvements in application performance, security, and user experience
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing, and automation practices
- Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements
II. What You’ll Bring
*Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields 7+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or team management roles
- Strong experience building production apps with React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring engineers (formal or informal)
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience with RESTful APIs, HTTP networking, and backend integrations (e.g., Firebase)
- Strong knowledge of React components, navigation, and state management (Redux or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in debugging, performance optimization, and app scalability
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience working with Android Studio, Xcode, and mobile testing environments
- Good English communication skills for cross-functional or international collaboration
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership
*Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Flutter (Dart)
- Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin/Swift)
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices
- Experience leading small teams or driving technical initiatives

Working Time: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday (Lunch break 1.5 hours).
