Marketing Specialist

• Optimize and manage SEO content for better website structure, search visibility, and lead
  generation.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain a clean, high-performance web
  presence that aligns with LARION’s standard.
• Create and refine marketing content materials, including website/blog posts, service
  pages, LinkedIn posts, email content, etc., with a focus on clarity, value, and relevance within
  the ITO sector.
• Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts across platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Support the team with paid and organic ad campaign efforts.
• Plan monthly content calendars, social posts, support campaign logistics, and coordinate
  with internal teams to execute on time and with purpose.

II. What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience in B2B marketing, ideally within Tech
  or ITO services.
• Proficiency in English skills (minimum IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above).
• Exceptional skills in critical thinking and a fast learner.
• Highly adaptable to new working environments and changes.
• Honest, straight-forward and transparent at work.
• Excel in both teamwork and independent work.

•  Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Email Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Website CMS platforms, SEO tools, Analytics tools.
