I. What You’ll Do

We are looking for a IT Service Desk Specialist (Atlassian/JIRA) to manage and optimize our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. You will play a key role in supporting Agile teams, improving workflows, and implementing ITSM best practices.

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
  • Customize workflows, fields, permissions, and automation rules
  • Support Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint tracking and ticket management
  • Implement and maintain ITSM processes aligned with ITIL standards
  • Build reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve system efficiency
  • Provide user support and training when needed

II. What You’ll Bring

*Must-have:

  • 2–4 years of experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with workflow customization and ticketing systems
  • Basic knowledge of ITSM/ITIL practices
  • Atlassian certification or ITIL Foundation is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English

*Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Jira Automation)
  • Basic scripting or integration experience

Location: QTSC 1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (District 12), Ho Chi Minh City.

Working Time: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday (Lunch break 1.5 hours).
