I. What You’ll Do
We are looking for a IT Service Desk Specialist (Atlassian/JIRA) to manage and optimize our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. You will play a key role in supporting Agile teams, improving workflows, and implementing ITSM best practices.
- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
- Customize workflows, fields, permissions, and automation rules
- Support Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint tracking and ticket management
- Implement and maintain ITSM processes aligned with ITIL standards
- Build reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve system efficiency
- Provide user support and training when needed
II. What You’ll Bring
*Must-have:
- 2–4 years of experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with workflow customization and ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of ITSM/ITIL practices
- Atlassian certification or ITIL Foundation is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
*Nice-to-have:
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Jira Automation)
- Basic scripting or integration experience

Working Time: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday (Lunch break 1.5 hours).
