I. What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing marketing materials for digital and offline channels, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, event materials, and promotional assets.
- Support the creation of visual content for employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all marketing and communication materials.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media content trends, and best practices.
II. What You’ll Bring
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent software.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects is preferred.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience creating social media content or short-form visual assets.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
- Interest in technology, employer branding, or B2B marketing.
