We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. This role focuses on proactive talent sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and supporting business growth through strategic talent pipeline development.

I. What You’ll Do

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned IT and selected non-IT positions.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche, hard-to-fill, and future hiring needs.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through personalized outreach.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support business development and presales initiatives by preparing candidate profiles, CV samples, and maintaining pre-qualified talent pools for strategic technologies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS and recruitment database.

2. Talent Attraction & Employer Branding

  • Create and publish recruitment-related content (e.g., posts, short videos, employee stories, and hiring campaigns) across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to enhance employer brand awareness and attract qualified candidates.
  • Plan and coordinate internal recruitment initiatives, including the Employee Referral Program, Mini Games, and other talent attraction campaigns.
  • Maintain and update job postings across recruitment channels alnd the company career page to ensure recruitment information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support recruitment marketing activities, including career fairs, university engagement programs, tech communities, and other employer branding events.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing to develop recruitment campaigns and ensure consistent employer branding across all recruitment channels.

II. What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Researcher within an IT Outsourcing company or headhunting firm is highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for technical positions and engaging passive candidates.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve recruitment efficiency is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working Location: QTSC 1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working Time: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
