We seek an experienced Senior Business Analyst to manage business analysis activities in the projects execution. These mainly include the surveying, collecting and analyzing business requirements. Then document the requirements and transfer those to the project team, as well as validating if the software has met the requirements set out.
I. What You’ll Do
- Participate in the proposal/pre-sale phase together with Pre-sales Team, work directly with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify high-level business requirements.
- Consult and propose feasible high-level solutions, define project scope aligned with client needs and company capabilities.
- Create application mockups/wireframes, business process models, and high-level requirement documents to support proposals.
- Support Pre-sale Team in preparing proposal documents, solution presentations, and estimation inputs.
- Present solutions, demo prototypes, and join client workshops/Q&A sessions to increase competitiveness in winning deals.
- Handover initial requirements and solution outlines to the delivery team once projects are signed, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Recommend new features or solution enhancements to improve product value.
II. What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of BA experience in outsourcing/global delivery environments, with proven involvement in pre-sale/proposal activities.
- Strong skills in client-facing communication: requirement elicitation, need analysis, solution consulting.
- Proficiency with wire framing, prototyping, and process modeling tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Draw.io, Visio).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, especially in proposal/competitive contexts.
- Solid experience in writing requirement/proposal documents (URD, SRS).
- Good English proficiency (both written and spoken); prior experience working directly with international clients is highly preferred.
