II. Key Responsibilities

2.1. Oversee all HR Division operations

  • Lead recruitment and talent sourcing initiatives
  • Manage HR documentation, labor market research, and presales activities
  • Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, training, and development programs
  • Handle employee relations and ensure alignment with HR KPIs

2.2. Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with CEO-approved decisions

  • Analyze HR trends and labor market data to recommend effective policies
  • Deliver reports and insights to support leadership decisions
  • Align workforce planning with business strategy and organizational design
  • Advise on change management and leadership succession planning
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure a fair, professional workplace
  • Lead leadership development programs

2.3 Foster a strong corporate culture and employee engagement

  • Define and promote core values and workplace culture
  • Develop engagement initiatives that boost motivation and job satisfaction
  • Cultivate a collaborative and creative work environment

2.4 Information Security Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of business and technical information
  • Sign and comply with the company’s NDA

III. Job Qualifications

3.1. Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or related fields
  • Having a MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in English, especially in speaking (listening, reading, and writing included); minimum IELTS 7.0, TOEIC 875, or equivalent.

3.2. Knowledge & Skills

  • Solid understanding and knowledge of Labor Law
  • Experience in payroll, insurance, and personal income tax
  • Experience in recruitment and training
  • Deep knowledge of the labor market, especially in the software outsourcing industry

3.3. Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 5 years as HR Manager
  • Possess a broad network in the IT Outsourcing industry, especially in the U.S. market
  • Able to support the team in recruiting Sales Partners in the U.S.
  • Proven experience in team management and development, including coaching, training, performance rewards, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Experience in IT software outsourcing companies is a must

3.4. Attitude

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to influence teams
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication, interviewing, and candidate assessment abilities
  • Effective in delegation, task assignment, coaching, and performance evaluation
