These gaps called for a robust, centralized real estate solution to streamline inventory management, enhance communication and support integrated marketing efforts. With strong technical expertise, LARION has been selected for the development.
Solution: Smart Real Estate Solution
LARION delivered the project using a Time and Materials (T&M) model over a three-month period, following an Agile methodology to ensure adaptability and continuous feedback throughout the development cycle. A dedicated 5-member team – comprising 1 Scrum Master, 3 developers, and 1 quality controller – worked closely with Castlerock REO to to adapt to evolving requirements and deliver a solution tailored to their operational needs
The team built the backend with Ruby on Rails, while crafting a dynamic and intuitive frontend using HTML, CSS, and jQuery. MongoDB was chosen for scalable data management, and Heroku served as the cloud platform for streamlined deployment. To enhance user experience, the solution also integrated the Google Maps API, allowing precise property mapping and location-based functionality
Designed to simplify property management and enhance buyer engagement, the platform included key capabilities such as:
- Property overview: Detailed listings showcasing property size, location, condition, pricing, and more
Search & inspection: Advanced search filters and scheduling tools to help buyers find and inspect properties with ease - Centralized data: A unified system to manage all buyer, vendor, and transaction data for streamlined operations
- Sales workflow management: End-to-end tracking of the sales process—from offers to closing—with built-in communication and document handling
- Reporting & analytics: Automated insights into sales trends, performance metrics, and transaction statuses to support decision-making
- Marketing integration: Seamless syncing with platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot to power personalized email campaigns and lead nurturing
