RECRUITMENT (70%):
- Make recruitment plan base on company development schedule
- Post job and shortlist candidates base on recruitment requirements
- Screen resume and conduct the 1st interview
- Liaise with Project Manager to arrange the 2nd interview
- Negotiate with selected candidates: salary, benefit, starting date… and follow up on offer and acceptance
- Developing and updating the candidate data
- Extend recruiting network to social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn
- Support HR Department in recruitment branding
- Build and develop recruitment channel & resource, candidate data base, ……
- Other duties are assign HR Manager
TRAINING (30%):
- Train new employees about company information such as brand concept, mission, vision, organizational charts, rules and policies;
- Making training plan based on the company’s training need and monitor the annual training budget;
- Develop internal training materials
- Organize internal training by coordinating with Trainer
- Monitoring and evaluating the training results
- Prepare commitment letter and others related documents for trained staff (if needed)
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in Human resources management, business administration or English or other related majors
- At least 2 years in HR field
- Experience in recruitment at IT companies is a plus
SKILL:
- Strong communication, interview and negotiation skills.
- Good command in both English and Vietnamese
- Flexible & open minded honest, friendly, dynamic
