JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gather Japaneses business and system requirement from client
- Translate customer requirement for internal relevant team’s study (JP → EN, VN)
- Be responsible to communicate (email, chat, conference,…) with client to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements
- Absorb and translating feedback information provided by relevant stakeholders (EN, VN → JP)
- Work with Business Analyst (BA) team to verify that all system requirements, including change requests, are analyzed and traceable
- Work with Quality Controller (QC) team to verify that all system requirement, including change requests, are implemented
- Train for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business of projects
- Take a part of BA role in assigned project
- Do other tasks requested by Project Manager (PM) or Senior BA:
- Translate the WBS for client & PM’s monitoring
- Follow the project schedule to report to PM in case of changing request from client
- Change the project schedule as customer’s request
- Create communication plan (daily report, monthly report, question and answer communication)
- Any task needs output in Japanese
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degree in Japanese language (University Graduation is required)
- Must have Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 Level
- Use of Japanese proficiency (verbal, listening, reading, writing)
- Ability to write documents in Japanese & English
- Strong communications, mentoring, and negotiation skill with Japanese
- Presentation skill, team-work skill and self-study skill
- Have knowledge at software engineering is a big plus
- Analyzing and testing experience in software development is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of IT communicator experience in a software development organization required
- 3-5 years of working at Japanese company is preferred
- Ability to build relationship, build trust with customers and colleagues
- Highly responsible for the assigned tasks
- Ability to support multiple projects at same-time (if required)
