Hoa joined LARION in 2008, when she was a fourth year student. LARION identified her skills and trained her for the role of a formal Business Analyst (BA), where she served us as Senior BA, BA Leader, Project Manager Assistant, then Project Manager, and BA Manager in a 6.5 years span.
Now, she is also successfully handling multiple projects on one of the biggest online staffing platforms, Elance and proving her skills in the areas of software pre-sales, quality assurance, process improvement and process assessment according to CMMI-DEV level 3.
Hoa is social and friendly, usually goes shopping in early morning.
