Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
    • Identify, recruit, promote, transfer, and retain the right employees at the right time for the right position.
    • Manage the recruitment process: Job posting, CV screening & short-listing, candidate database, contact, interview arrangement and offer.
    • Develop network and keep abreast of employment market for the purposes of recruitment.
    • Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
  • Training and development:
    • Run HR communication such as Induction program, company meetings or events.
    • Run Training Needs Analysis and Individual & Organizational Training & Development.
    • Learning and development activities (Technical skills, Soft skills, English, Leadership Development).
    • Organizational development (organization structure, talent management, employee engagement, culture / standard behaviors…).
  • C&B:
    • Ensure that company employment policies are compliant with Vietnam labour law.
    • Develop network and keep abreast of employment market for the purposes of benchmarking compensation, benefits.
    • Compute monthly salary and allowance.
    • Do annual compensation surveys.
  • Employee relations:
    • Ensure certain workplace standards are met, and employee concerns and requests are addressed.
    • Support and consult SDD / Department management to make sure the compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Do other tasks requested by HR Manager

Skills & Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management and / or equivalent.
  • Knowledge & Skills.
  • At least 5 years and above of related working experience in human resource administration supporting organisation with large staff population is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
  • Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
