JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Collaterals, Design and Production

  • In charge of concept development and design of marketing collaterials and business development materials: brochures, proposal templates, presentations, publications, flyers, standees, posters, event POSM, etc.
  • Manage the production process of the above-mentioned materials, including working with suppliers

Website Management

  • Provide support to the website team for the maintenance and development of LARION’s website, including but not limited to updating new content and images

Digital Marketing

  • In charge of marketing concepts and content production and publishing for LARION’s social media marketing channels, email marketing, search engine marketing, as well as other online channels
  • In charge of planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns

Event Support and Photography

  • Provide on-the-spot support to events, including event photography, branding and communications
  • Build and maintain a rich library of photos and other content resources for LARION

Other Marketing & Communication Support

  • Manage branded merchandise stock and internal databases
  • Support the team on other marketing and communications works, as necessary

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
  • 2-3 years of working experience in marketing
  • Experience in public relations and copywriting is a plus
  • Have good knowledge about marketing (Business to business – B2B Marketing)
  • Have experience in copywriting and/or business writing
  • Have especially excellent command of written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good negotiating skills, persuading skills
  • Networking skills
  • Fluent in English in 4 skills of Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least C level, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above)
  • OpenOffice, Microsoft Office
