Responsibilities

  1. RECRUITMENT (70%):
    • Make recruitment plan base on company development schedule
    • Post job and shortlist candidates base on recruitment requirements
    • Screen resume and conduct the 1st interview
    • Liaise with Project Manager to arrange the 2nd interview
    • Negotiate with selected candidates: salary, benefit, starting date… and follow up on offer and acceptance
    • Developing and updating the candidate data
    • Extend recruiting network to social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn
    • Support HR Department in recruitment branding
    • Build and develop recruitment channel & resource, candidate data base, ……
    • Other duties are assign HR Manager
  2. TRAINING (30%):
    • Train new employees about company information such as brand concept, mission, vision, organizational charts, rules and policies;
    • Making training plan based on the company’s training need and monitor the annual training budget;
    • Develop internal training materials
    • Organize internal training by coordinating with Trainer
    • Monitoring and evaluating the training results
    • Prepare commitment letter and others related documents for trained staff (if needed)

Skills & Requirements

    • BA in Human resources management, business administration or English or other related majors
    • At least 2 years in HR field
    • Experience in recruitment at IT companies is a plus
    • Strong communication, interview and negotiation skills.
    • Good command in both English and Vietnamese
