Responsibilities

  • Marketing:
    • Market Research
      • Research customers and the marketplace to obtain customer insights
      • Manage marketing information and customer data
    • Strategic Marketing Planning and Implementation
      • Analyze external / internal business environment to develop strategic segmentation, targeting and positioning
      • Develop marketing strategies for products and services, based on customer insights and company’s competitive advantages
      • Build marketing communications plans to promote products/services
    • Product Development
      • Join hands with other teams like business development and technical teams to develop new products and services, based on marketing perspectives
    • Branding
      • Develop branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and liking
      • Manage company reputation
    • Sales Support
      • Join hands with sales team and technical teams to develop pricing strategies for products / services
      • Develop sales kits and POSM to support sales
      • Write case studies
    • Customer Relationship Management
      • Develop mechanisms to build and enhance client relationships
      • Join hands with the Business Development Team to build strong relationships with selected customers
      • Build strong relationships with marketing partners
  • Management:
    • Plan for marketing resources, including budgeting
    • Set objectives, conduct and assess training effectiveness
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance
    • Develop reward system for marketing staff
  • Other work as requested by the BoD
  • Support business development team in promoting products and services
  • Support SDD in developing products and services to meet customer’s demand and satisfaction
  • Co-ordinate with FA department in budgeting
  • Communicate with HR & Admin department about resources planning, recruitment, staff training, and performance appraisal in the marketing team
  • Collaborate with marketing partners for co-branding/marketing purposes.
  • Communicate with vendors for buying / renting their products / services (if needed)
  • Report to Board of Directors periodically / as requested

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Management Information System / or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development
  • Have experience in software development project management, customer’s requirement analysis is a plus
  • Have deep understanding of products / services provided by the company
  • Have good knowledge about Marketing (Business to business – B2B Marketing)
  • Have good knowledge about corporate finance
  • Understand deeply in market and competitors
