Responsibilities

  1. Market Research 
  • Conduct on-demand search for leads in support of the sales team’s job
  1. Sales Support 
  • Support Sales team in developing, designing the concept of marketing collaterials and business development materials: brochures, proposal templates, presentations, publications, flyers, standees, posters, event POSM, etc.
  1. Digital Marketing
  • In charge of marketing concepts and content production and publishing for LARION’s social media marketing channels, email marketing, search engine marketing, as well as other online channels
  • In charge of planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
  1. Internal Communications
  • Write articles about company events (e.g. company trips, teambuilding events, sports events, etc.), working environment at LARION, product introduction, distinctive employees, etc. for the purpose of employee engagement
  • Write/post employee engagement articles, internal communication contents, etc. on the Company’s Portal, Facebook FanPage, and LinkedIn Page

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Digital Marketing, including but not limited to search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Fluent in English in 4 skills of Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above)
  • Have good knowledge about marketing (Business to business – B2B Marketing)
  • Have experience in copy writing and/ or business writing
  • Have especially excellent command of written English and Vietnamese
  • Be able to work independently and deliver value
  • Networking skills
  • Experience in public relations and copywriting is a plus
  • Startup experience preferred
