Responsibilities
- As a Team Lead, you’ll deliver innovative, cost-effective and efficient IT solutions
- You will be responsible for driving technology strategy, building out the technology team of one of our main competencies (Java) and delivering on the shared growth vision
- Evangelize and promote Java best practices
- You’ll be working with cutting edge frameworks, automation, and using the latest technologies for error tracking, reporting, and testing, with a high level of test coverage to maintain high-quality products.
- Your task is to help firefight problems in the various teams as well as educate the teams to avoid them at all.
- Lead and conduct training to empower engineers to achieve a greater level of programming skill
- Develop strong relationships with customers, act as the primary point of contact as well as manage stakeholder expectations and always seek for solution improvement
Skills & Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall software development experience, with an emphasis on Java development
- Experience in architecting, developing and deploying modern architectural patterns/ techniques
- Experience in leading and coaching at least one software engineering team
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security
- Good English communication skill
