A. Responsible for generating leads based on market research report
Generate leads based on organizational strategy and market research, qualify them using internal resources or external experts.

B. Responsible for sales kit development
Develop service profiles, success stories / case studies.

C. Accountable for prospecting and selling
1. Prospecting
Develop Sales approach / plan then approach potential new clients and turn into increased business.

2. Selling
2.1 Prepare proposal and submit
2.2 Negotiate and close the deals
2.3 Compose, review then negotiate to get the contract signed off

D. Accountable for account management
1. Manage customer’s relationships
1.1 Transfer projects to CEO / Product Director / Project Manager
1.2 Handle inquiries / complaints
1.3 Consult on problems
1.4 Gather CSS and testimonial

2. Manage contract
2.1 Monitor contract implementation
2.2 Close / re-new contracts

3. Manage customer’s database

4. Manage partners / suppliers

E. Support marketing team and other departments / units in their operations
1. With Marketing
1.1 Support in market research and pricing strategy
1.2 Support in communications planning and execution

2. With Product Director / Project Manager
2.1 Support in proposal preparation
2.2 Consult in developing Project Charter and plans to ensure no conflicts with associated contract

3. With FA: Support in tracking payment history and following up the due payments

4. With the others: Support and provide them with info as required in the Value Chain

F. Responsible for SnM management
1. Sales planning and reporting

2. HRM
2.1 Responsible for Business Development resources planning
2.2 Accountable for improving organizational consultancy skills (from planning to organizing, application to evaluation)
2.3 Responsible for evaluating subordinates’ performance

3. Process management
3.1 Identify SnM process needs
3.2 Build and improve identified processes

4. Other tasks as requested by higher management

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Management Information System, Business Administration, Economy or Finance.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales & marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development
  • Deep understanding of products / services provided by the company
  • Good knowledge about Marketing (Business to business – B2B Marketing)
  • Fluent in English in 4 skills of Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least C level, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above)
  • Consulting, prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiating skills, persuading skills

  • Ability to build and reinforce the trust with customers and colleagues
