Responsibilities

A.Responsible for prospecting and selling
1. Prospecting
1.1 Support to identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
1.2 Responsible for researching and analyzing sales options (Approaching plan)
1.3 Responsible for approaching potential new clients

2. Selling
2.1 Participate in pricing the solution/ service. Consider to provide discounts if applicable
2.2 Consult the clients on the alternatives to meet their business need
2.3 Negotiate and close the deals
2.4 Compose, review the terms then negotiate to get the contract signed off

B. Responsible for account management
1. Responsible for managing customer’s relationships
1.1 Transfer projects to SDD
1.2 Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
1.3 Handle inquiries
1.4 Consult on problems
1.5 Handle complaints
1.6 Gather CSS and testimonial

2. Contract Management
2.1 Responsible for monitoring contract implementation
2.2 Support in tracking payment history and following up the due payments
2.3 Responsible for closing/ re-newing contracts

3. Responsible for managing customer’s database
3.1 Collect and record customer’s contact information
3.2 Maintain customer’s database

4. Responsible for managing Partners/ Suppliers
4.1 Facilitate contract review
4.2 Support to monitor contract implementation
4.3 Close contracts

C. Others
1. Support to develop sales kit, execute communications plan
2. Responsible for creating reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information
3. Support to define and improve SnM processes
4. Other tasks as requested by higher management

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Management Information System/ or Business Administration.
  • Good understanding of products/ services provided by the company Knowledge about market and competitors
  • Fluent in English in 4 skills of Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least C level, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above)

  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to build and reinforce the trust with customers and colleagues Ability to identify, analyze customer’s requirement
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing. At least 1 year of experience in software development
  • Experience in customer’s requirement analysis is a plus
